Confidence to be yourself.
Connection that feels healthy.
Direction that is yours.

Level Up programs support secondary and tertiary students to build the social, emotional and critical-thinking skills they need to navigate education, strengthen relationships and approach what comes next with confidence.

Being human is not always easy.

Adolescence brings identity development, changing friendships, academic pressure, stronger emotions and increasingly independent decisions.

Level Up uses a small-group format to facilitate highly interactive capacity-building activities that build self-awareness, strengthen social and emotional skills, and tackle age-appropriate problems in a safe and supportive environment.

ConfidenceConnectionDirection

Developmentally matched learning for the challenges students face now—and the growing independence ahead.

Built on evidence. Designed for experience.

Level Up brings together social and emotional learning, adolescent development and experiential learning. Students do more than hear about skills—they test ideas, solve realistic problems, reflect and apply what they learn.

Social and emotional learning

The CASEL framework develops self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision-making. Well-designed SEL programs can strengthen student skills, behaviour and academic outcomes.

CASEL; Durlak et al., 2011

Autonomy and purposeful action

Values, strengths, choice and purposeful action support the growing need for autonomy and future-focused decision-making during adolescence.

Ryan & Deci, 2020; Steinberg, 2014

Emotional flexibility

Emotional regulation and psychological flexibility help students respond constructively to strong emotions, uncertainty and setbacks while staying connected to their values.

Gross, 2015; Kashdan & Rottenberg, 2010

Experiential learning

Learning becomes more meaningful when students actively work through realistic challenges, reflect on their experience and practise applying new skills.

Kolb, 1984; Savery, 2006

Learning by doing.

Level Up gives students a safe place to test ideas, consider different perspectives, practise responding and discover what works for them.

Small enough to matter

Groups of 8–16 create room for every student to participate, practise and be known.

Learning that gets used

Students apply psychological and interpersonal tools to situations that feel real—not abstract.

Safe by design

Trauma-aware facilitation, hypothetical scenarios and clear safeguards support agency and autonomy.
